What LADEO is
LADEO is a subscription web application (SaaS) for exporters, importers and trading companies. You upload a purchase order and a packing sheet; LADEO extracts the data, you confirm it once, and it produces the commercial invoice, packing list, shipping instruction and certificate-of-origin draft — then checks that the documents agree with each other and with the letter of credit.
Drop in the buyer's purchase order (PDF) and your packing sheet (Excel). Proforma invoices, spec sheets, L/C texts (SWIFT MT700), bills of lading, certificates of origin and insurance policies work too.
Header fields — buyer and seller, PO and invoice numbers, dates, currency, Incoterms, payment terms, ports — and every line: SKU, description, quantity, unit, unit price, HS code, packages, net and gross weight, dimensions.
Accept, correct or reject each value. Conflicts between files (for example two different quantities) and missing values are flagged — nothing is filled in silently.
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instruction (the data your forwarder needs for the B/L), Certificate of Origin application draft and Proforma Invoice — all from the same reviewed data.
Line amounts and invoice totals, units, packages, net vs. gross weight and consistency across invoice, packing list and S/I. With an L/C loaded, the shipment is checked against its terms with the UCP 600 article for each finding. Uploaded B/L, C/O and insurance documents are compared with the invoice and packing list too.
Approving locks a version with who and when. Then track booking and containers, payment due dates from the payment terms, L/C deadlines and, for Korea, clearance status from Korea Customs UNI-PASS.

A processed document is one unique uploaded file successfully extracted in a calendar month. Re-uploads and retries are free.

Monthly subscription per company (Starter, Pro or Team), billed in advance and renewed automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record; taxes are added at checkout where applicable.
Cancel any time in Settings → Usage & plan; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Any charge can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days — see the Refund Policy.
One unique uploaded file that was extracted successfully in a calendar month. Re-uploads of the same file, retries and failed extractions are not counted.
